Job Description

Find new clients with problems we can solve.
Enguage with clients to find their problems and offer them solutions that will assist their businesses.
Keep the clients enguaged during the onboarding by assisting/training clients on the new systems.
Regular check-ins to make sure things are still going well and using our systems to assist with other problems they may have.

  • Locate and communicate with potential clients
  • Direct discussions with major stackholders of those said clients
  • Finding their issues, and offer solutions to the said issues
  • Onboarding the clients and any training to optimize their use of said systems
  • Maintaining a strong personal relationship with clients
  • Regular check-ins with clients to see how things are going
  • Bring up issues to support where required
  • Keeping clients updated where required
  • Decent computer (i5, 5GB ram)
  • Solid and stable internet connection
  • MS Teams/Zoom experience and quiet environment to work from
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years in the technology space
  • Quick learner
